"Love the olive oil better! I am not a big eater and the only thing I use the pearls for is on my toast, I find that since I have been taking your olive oil (something I thought I could never take) it actually works I feel overall feeling better! I am a big fan, no weight loss but I have more energy and I take it straight three large teaspoons a day sometimes four! Thank you it really works! Good job Doc!"

"I’ve taken the ketogenesis approach to losing weight along with Gundry’s Omni Slim. I use many Gundry products including Polyphenol Rich Olive Oil Pearls. A couple of Gundry products I take have listed small amounts of carbs. All my carbs come from those listed and help me stay well below 20, in fact it’s probably closer to 10 carbs daily. I’m keeping carbs under 20 to stay in metabolic ketosis. Placing a teaspoon of Polyphenol Rich Olive Oil Pearls on top of my meat, cheese, and egg dishes while cooking adds a flavour I enjoy. I tried a teaspoon of the Polyphenol Rich Olive Oil Pearls straight from the packaging but it was too strong for my liking. That’s when I placed a teaspoon of pearls on top of my dishes as they cooked. I feel the healthy olive oil polyphenols keep me satiated while trying to keep my metabolism in ketosis."
